Cancellation and refund policy
- Written cancellations received up to and including 15 September 2010 will be fully refunded less a € 50,00 charge (administration costs)
- Written cancellations received between 15 September and 1 October 2010 will receive a 50% refund.
- Written cancellations received after 1 October 2010 will not be refunded.
Please note that all refunds will be processed after the conference in December.
