Attending conference one day:

• Non-member € 130,- (excl. VAT);  € 154,70  (incl. VAT)
• Participant NanoNextNL and member MinacNed € 100,- (excl. VAT); € 119,00 (incl. VAT)
• MSc students € 75,- (excl. VAT); € 89,25 (incl. VAT)

Attending conference two days:

• Non-member € 210,- (excl. VAT);  € 249,90  (incl. VAT)
• Participant NanoNextNL and member MinacNed € 170,- (excl. VAT); € 202,30 (incl. VAT)
• MSc students € 145,- (excl. VAT); € 172,55 (incl. VAT)

Conference dinner Tuesday 15 November € 30,- (excl. VAT); € 35,70 (incl. VAT) 

Cancellation and refund policy

• Written cancellations received up to and including 15 September 2011 will be fully refunded less a € 50,00 charge (administration costs)
• Written cancellations received between 15 September and 1 October 2011 will receive a 50% refund.
• Written cancellations received after 1 October 2011 will not be refunded.

Please note that all refunds will be processed after the conference in December.
